Milk had to be a great movie. Anything less would have been an insult to Harvey Milk and everything he fought to change. It had to be true to the story, true to the people in it and, most importantly, true to the people still fighting for equal rights in the LGBT community. This film had been in the works for 15 years, but never had everything come together until now. |
